Need help building RV Park in West Texas (Dreams)

No longer able to work due to chronic swelling of legs. 60 yrs old. No SS. Have small farm with 10 acres cleared on Hwy 17
south of Pecos, Texas. Want to build RV Park and clubhouse.
60 spaces leaseable for 5 years for $1K each. Need help, cash to rent equipment...can do the construction myself.
No debts, but no income now. Will give free space rental by the night in exchange for each $10 donation with email ID.
